Did You Recieve a Junk Fax that you thought was coming from Alt Energy Stocks?

Some companies have send out stock promotion faxes that people think are coming from Alt Energy Stocks.

We don't send out any faxes. If another company is using our name, they are they are doing so without our knowledge or permission.

If you did receive a fax, please use the following information so that you can report the company.

How the FCC Can Help

You can also send a letter summarizing the complaint to:

Wow, that blows. Man we live in a strange modern age when shit like that can happen...

I guess I do not understand why the FCC can not track down the ownership of a telephone number that is given to them and put a stop to this harrassment? Every sheet has one, even if automated. HELP!

These schemers have changed their tactics a bit and are now using "Pathfinder Marketing" as the issuer of the Blue Horseshoe Letter and our company (which is Pathfinder Consulting Group, LLC a web deign and internet services company)is now inundated with calls and emails to cease and desist with these faxes which we are not sending.

OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN RECEIVING FAXES FROM THESE LOSERS FOR SOMETIME, ONLY NOW THEY ARE OMMITTING THE NUMBER FROM WHERE THE FAX ORIGINATED. IS THAT A VIOLATION OF SOME KIND?

Thanks for this posting. I have been receiving these faxes for long months and they are using up my ink reserves and my patience. The intrusion is annoying. I note that your web disclaimer post was dated November, 2005. Today is mid-August, 2006. Apparently the FCC is ineffective. I've contacted one of the companies they promote and they knew nothing about the "Hot Stocks" release. Whoever these people are, this is a profitable scam for them and they're making money annoying us.

We continue to get daily crap from Pathfinder Marketing. I turn my fax off at night to save ink. This junk mail uses cheap night time calling rates but can still show up on weekends. Their 1-800-315-9192 has a restricted range. The send number usually at the top of the page is now omitted. Canadian law cannot reach this scum. Sign me "pissed off in Canada!"

Thank you for posting what to do to try to get rid of these scumbags.

I think if I met this guy on the street, my fist would spontaneously fly into his face (metaphorically speaking of course). He's been abusing us for four years, and no amount of FCC complaints has done a thing!

Clearly, the FCC is ineffective against criminals. I guess the FBI has bigger fish to fry, but as I say, just let me at 'em!
